BuildDay 2010 incorrect

Since January 2010, updateversion gives me 1-digit build numbers. I would have expected today's build number to be 10004 instead of (000)4

Add Support for Windows Gadgets

I've been using a PowerShell script to update gadget.xml file versions. It'd be nice to have a tool do that for me so I don't have to go find or re-think the code to do this.

Problem when not passing in a -p parameter
